I visited the Cumberland mall in north Atlanta with another photographer, Cal K. We scouted the surrounding area for light quality, and found a nice spot by the outdoor entrance to Cheesecake factory. And there was black faux marble that had some reflection, but was otherwise a totally acceptable background. Then we just waited for potential subjects.
Chase was affable and agreeable. He is from near by Smyrna and graduated from High school three days earlier. Congratulations, Chase! He is unsure of the next step, but he is leaning toward Life University in Marietta. It is best known for it's Chiropractic school, but Chase is unsure of his potential major.
