I began this stranger journey photographing many waitresses and waiters, baristas, and ice cream shop workers (LOTS of those). At the end of the encounter they usually say, “Is there anything else that I can do for you?” I say, “Well, as a matter of fact…”. If they say OK, they can only give several seconds, and usually give the Say Cheese smile. But that is good practice.
